Sardar Motors transitioned to a full service body shop over time.Sardar Motors can perform all kind of car denting and painting.
A dent is a damage caused to the body panel where the shape of the panel has been changed or disfigured.
A scratch, on the other hand, is a much less severe damage to the car’s body.
Like dent and scratch removal it requires skills so that painted surface blends in with the rest of the car.
Dents are removed by employing a variety of methods.
The technician uses the dent puller by welding its tip to the body of the car and pulling on the dented portion of metal.
Before you can fill the dent you need to remove the paint, as Body Filler doesn’t stick well to paint.
Mix the required amount of body filler with a hardener until a uniform mixture is obtained. Apply Body Filler with an applicator to cover dented area. After making the dent into the original shape, matched paint is applied on the area or whole panel depending up on the length of the scratch or dent. Then panel is rubbed and buffed to smoothen the surface, Carefully sand back until the filler is level with the surrounding panel. All surfaces are cleaned with a wax & grease remover before starting paint.
